3/4 colive oil
1/2 tsSalt
1/2 cRed wine vinegar
1 pnPepper
1 Garlic; minced
1 tbparmesan cheese; Grated, or romano
1/2 tsSugar
1/2 tsDried Oregano

Italian Herb Salad Dressing Preparation

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate. Shake well again before serving over greens.
