1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
1 pn Pepper
1 Garlic; minced
1 tb parmesan cheese; Grated, or romano
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Dried Oregano

Preparation

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate. Shake well again before serving over greens. Left out the parmesan cheese and it was still very tasty
