salt and pepper; to taste
3 Green bell pepper; cored
1 1/2 lbItalian sausage
1/4 cWater
3 Potato; cut in eighths

Italian Sausage, Potatoes, Peppers And Onions Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a baking dish place potatoes in a single layer. Place peppers and onion on top of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Place Italian sausage on top of vegetables and pour in the water. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, remove foil and bake 1 more hour or until sausage is browned. I cooked this for only the first hour and a half. I added adobe for seasoning, cream of mushroom soup for flavoring, at the end I added grated cheddar cheese. It was very, very good!

To my surprise, everything was all dried out and the sausage burned! I never even cooked it for another hour with the foil off, since it was already dried out and stuck to the bottom of the roasting pan! Needless to say, family was disappointed, and we wasted a lot of food!! New
