"Totally awesome. Came out even better than expected. The only thing that I did differently was cut the potatoes into smaller cubes & sprinkled garlic powder over the top of everything before covering with foil. Took to work multiple times as left-overs. Sometimes mixed in some egg noodles and sometimes not. It really didn't matter and was fantastic either way. I think I cried a little when it was gone. Highly recommened & went immediately to favorites. Thanks for posting."

I cooked this for only the first hour and a half. I added adobe for seasoning, cream of mushroom soup for flavoring, at the end I added grated cheddar cheese. It was very, very good!

I also added garlic and grilling seasoning

To my surprise, everything was all dried out and the sausage burned! I never even cooked it for another hour with the foil off, since it was already dried out and stuck to the bottom of the roasting pan! Needless to say, family was disappointed, and we wasted a lot of food!! New

Very easy and delicious. I used beer instead of water. I also uncovered it earlier to achieve a browned sausage.
