1 cHeavy cream
2 tsSugar
1/4 cHorseradish
1/8 tsSalt

3/4 cVinegar
1 cMayo
Creamy horseradish sauce

Homemade Horseradish And Creamy Sauce Preparation

HORSERADISH-Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until pureed. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container. Cover and store in the fridge. Use as a condiment. SAUCE-In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add mayo and salt; blend thoroughly. Fold in horseradish. Chill until ready to serve. Use as a condiment with meats. Source: Taste of Home.
