In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Blend throughly, then cover with plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Shape the sausage mixture into patties and fry in a large skillet over medium high heat until crispy brown on the outside and cooked through on inside, about 5 minutes on each side. Richmolinari 3 years agoI just wanted to let people know that this was mislabeled. This is actually a Mexican Chorizo, not a Spanish Chorizo. While it looks like a good recipe for what it is, you should not use this in a Spanish recipe as the different chorizo types are not interchangeable. While some of the basic ingredients are the same, the defining flavor of the Spanish variety is paprika. It also never has vinegar, though this would be a main characteristic of Mexican Chorizo.
