Suggest a better descriptionHalve and pit nectarines; place, cut side up, in 9 inch pie plate. Crush cookies, leaving some larger pieces; mound in nectarine hollows. Combine honey, water and lemon juice. Pour half into pie plate; spoon remainder over crumbs. Bake in 375F oven, basting twice, for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Place 2 halves on each plate. Top each with a few berries; drizzle with juices. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
