3 tbGinger; peeled & grated
2 tbHoney
salt and pepper; to taste
1 bnChives; cut finely
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cCanola oil
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 4 oranges
1/3 cSesame oil

Honey Citrus Vinaigrette for Snow Peas And Pea Tendril Salad Preparation

Place citrus juice in a stainless steel bowl. Add ginger, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the oils until emulsified. Add chives and adjust seasoning. Steam snow peas until tender, shock in cold water, drain. Toss with pea tendrils and vinaigrette. Recipe by: Cooks Garden Catalog, Spring/Summer 99
