1/4 cPlain yogurt
1/4 tsFreshly grated lemon zest
2 tsFresh Lemon Juice
1 tbVegetable oil
1/2 cButtermilk
1/4 tsVanilla

Honey Lemon Buttermilk Dressing Preparation

In a bowl whisk together zest, lemon juice, and honey until combined well and whisk in buttermilk, yogurt, oil, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Makes about 3/4 cup. Gourmet June 1994
