Healthy Cheeseburger And Un-Fried French Fries Preparation
Directions: In a large bowl, combine the turkey meat, spike seasoning, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and scallions. Form 4 patties. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat until hot. Add the patties to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip over and add the soy sauce. Cover pan and allow to simmer until patties are cooked through. Remove lid and place one slice cheese on each patty and allow to melt. To make the hamburger spread, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup and relish. Place on oven steamed buns and serve with your favorite condiments. Un-Fried French Fries - Toss together the sliced potatoes with the egg whites and cajun seasoning. Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray and place the potatoes onto the sheet. Place in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, turning often until fries are crispy. Serve with hamburgers.
