3 tbWhite vinegar
1/2 colive oil
2 1/4 tsDijon mustard
3 tbDrained capers
1 Heart iceberg lettuce;
; quartered
; lengthwise

Hearts of Iceberg Lettuce with Blue Cheese And Caper Dressin Preparation

Mix vinegar and mustard in bowl. Gradually mix in oil. Add cheese and capers. Place 1/4 head of lettuce on each plate. Spoon dressing over and serve. Serves 4.
