"I made this last night for Christmas Eve and everyone who tried it liked it. When I make it again, I'm going to try to find a way to either omit the eggs yolks or cook them for a bit on the stovetop. My brother has a weak immune system, and it's not safe for him to eat raw eggs. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!" - abrosas

Discovered this recipe almost 20 years ago and it is a family favourite. It is so popular that I always make a double dose!
To abrosas: You could try making a zabiglione cream which is cooked and thickened in a double boiler and let it cool then add the cream. This should give the same flavour. Good luck.
