Original recipe makes 4 servings
1 50 grams pac parmesan
1 250 gram tub fresh four
Salt
1 250 gram tub fresh tomato
500 gFresh mixed potato gnocchi

Gnocchi with Tomato Cheese Sauce Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6. Cook the gnocchi following the pack isntructions. Reheat both the tomato and cheese sauce together,Season to taste if necessary. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce into the bottom of a 1 litre (1 3/4 pint) ovenproof dish. Arrange the gnocchi on top and cover with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately. NOTES : Deliciously simple, light potato dumplings served with a creamy cheese sauce.
