Original recipe makes 12 Servings
10 Walnut halves, toasted and
1 Garlic
1/2 cVegetable oil
4 tbWalnut oil
1/4 cRed wine vinegar
Coarse kosher salt and
3 lbGreen beans

Green Bean Salad with Walnut Dressing Preparation

Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and chill immediately. Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
