Ingredients

1 tb fresh coriander; Chopped
Salt and pepper
1 Green chilli; de-seeded and chopped finely
1/2 Lemon; juice of
400 g prawns; Extra large peeled, (13oz)
2 tb Garlic puree; or paste
1/2 ts Cumin

Original recipe makes 4

Preparation

Mix together the garlic puree or paste, coriander, cumin, chilli and lemon juice and combine well. Season to taste. Thread the prawns onto 8 skewers and brush with the garlic mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cook on a barbecue, or place under a preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes each side until the outsides are browned. Serve immediately. Note: marinating time.

Very tasty! I fried these instead if grilled. Lovely starter or as a snack
