| 3 lgtomatoes; Ripe, finely diced |
| 2 mdCucumbers; peeled, seeded |
| 1 lbradiatore pasta, uncooked |
| 2 cVegetable juice; or tomato juice |
| 1 tbWorchestershire sauce |
| 3 tbChopped fresh parsley |
| 1 mdRed onion; diced |
| 3 tbRed wine vinegar |
Gazpacho Pasta with Cannellini Beans Preparation
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients; serve.
