3/4 tsSugar
1 1/2 tbFinely chopped green onions
1 smPackag frozen snow peas; ( 1
1 1/2 tsSesame oil
Torn into bite-sized pieces.
1/8 tsGrated fresh ginger
1/2 cFrozen crinkle-cut carrots
2 1/4 tsWater
1 cWatercress leaves
1 1/2 tbDistilled white vinegar
1 Head romaine lettuce
2 1/4 tsSoy sauce
2/3 cFresh bean sprouts
2/3 cThinly sliced radishes

Fresh Tossed Salad Preparation

In serving bowl, combine lettuce, watercress leaves, snow peas, crinkle-cut carrots, green onions, radishes and sprouts. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and ginger. Cover jar and shake well. Pour dressing over Salad and toss. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5 minutes. Per serving (excluding unknown items): 164 Calories; 8g Fat (40% calories from fat); 9g Protein; 17g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 814mg Sodium By Patty on Nov 9, 1998.
