1/2 cColavita or good olive oil
2 tbCoriander leaves (cilantro)
1 1/2 Scallions, chopped
1/4 tsGround pepper
2 tbRice vinegar
Fish - shark, swordfish or
Other
1 tsFresh ground ginger root
1 1/2 tbLemon juice, fresh

Fish Marinade Preparation

Mix oil, lemon juice, scallions, cilantro, pepper, ginger root, and rice vinegar. Pour over fish in low dish. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill or bake. *Burn fennel stalks in grill when cooking fish for added flavor. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #6 by Judith Vonneumann on Feb 09, 1999
