Original recipe makes 1
4 pineapple slices; up to 6
1/4 cSugar
2 tbSherry; (optional)
4 flank steaks; Up to 6
1 tbSalad oil
1/2 tsMSG
1/2 cSoy sauce
1 tsGinger
1 Clovegarlic; crushed

Flank Steak Teriyaki Preparation

To form marinade, combine all except steaks and pineapple. Mix well and pour over steaks. Let marinate 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Fry steaks in very hot oven or skillet brushing once with marinade.
