| 1 cPecans; chopped |
| 1 cCoconut |
| 1 boxBetty Crocker german mix |
| 8 ozCream cheese |
| 1/2 cMargarine; softened |
Earthquake Cake Preparation
Spread coconut and pecans on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix cake mix as directed on the box. Spread batter over pecans and coconut. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop from a spoon in "dollops" onto the cake batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Top of cake will be cracked. Mark C.
