Deviled Green Eggs And Spam Preparation

Hard-boil the eggs. Slice into halves lengthwise. Separate yolks from whites. Soak whites in water dyed with green food coloring until desired color is reached. Rinse, pat dry with paper towels, and place on plate.

Meanwhile, mix the yolks with desired amount of Spam in a food processor until pasty. Mix in any other desired deviled egg ingredients. Mustard, cayenne pepper, and curry powder are some favorites. Spoon the Spam-yolk mixture into the green egg halves. Cover and cool until serving.
