"Absolutely, without a doubt, THE BEST homemade guacamole ever! I will never buy the spice packet to add to avocados again. This is exactly what I have been looking for over at least 2 years. THANK YOU!! I did have to modify because I did not have a green onion or fresh tomatoes. I used a 1/4 of a can of zesty diced tomatoes (they had jalapenos in them) and a 1/4 of a small yellow onion. I did about 1 Tbsp of chopped cilantro because I love it. Fabulous Gaucamole!!!" - Arvan43

Great, easy dip. Guests loved it! I added 2 extra small avocados for a creamier taste.

Best guacamole recipe I've ever tried. I love the addition of spring onion... to those who say there is too much onion, are you possibly using some other kind of onion? Spring onion is the same as a scallion, or a 'green onion' where I am in Canada (so one long skinny piece). I felt that the amount was just right and a great addition. Thanks for the recipe!

The only thing I changed was to use a small portion of a Vidallia onion instead of the spring onion be use that was all that I had. It was delicious! My search for good guacamole has ended.

Great flavor! I only used 1/4 portion of onions as a matter of preference tho because the first batch came out way too strong in the onion department.

Added 5 sprigs of cilantro (chopped) and only used 3/4 of a yellow onion (chopped). Loved it! Next time I'm only going to put half an onion though.
