1 tsWholegrain mustard
Salt
; segmented
FOR THE DRESSING
125 gDolcelatte cheese; cubed
3 tbolive oil
25 gPinenut kernels; toasted
2 lgOranges; peeled and
2 tbRed wine vinegar
1 tbFreshly chopped coriander
1 pkMixed salad leaves

Dolcelatte And Orange Salad Preparation

1. Arrange the salad on a large serving plate and scatter over the orange segments. 2. Top with the dolcelatte cubes and sprinkle over the nuts. 3. Blend together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad. Serve immediately with warm slices of ciabatta NOTES : A delicious light lunch, ideally served with Ciabatta.
