Original recipe makes 1
Parmesan cheese
2 tbolive oil
1 Onion; chopped
1/2 cSundried tomatoes in oil
1 cnTomato paste
1 bnBasil; chopped
6 clovesGarlic; peeled
3 15 oz cansdiced tomatoes

Doms Marinara Sauce Preparation

Directions: Heat oil in sauce pan and add garlic. Saute for one minute. Add onion, tomato paste, diced tomato, sundried tomatoes and basil to taste. Cook and simmer for 1 - 1/2 hours. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
