Suggest a better descriptionHeat frying pan with the vegetable oil and add chopped onion and thyme. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic together with the tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp and mix thoroughly. Cook 1 minute and add salt and pepper. Blend the Pernod into the mixture. Do not cook the shrimp for more than 3 to 4 minutes total, or they will get rubbery. Serve over rice or pasta, and bon appetit! Note: Try dipping bread in the sauce. Youll love it!
