| 1 1/2 lbElbow macaroni; cooked |
| 1 lbSharp cheddar cheese |
| 1 lbMonterey jack cheese |
Cristinas Macaroni And Cheese Casserole Preparation
Directions: In a small sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk together to create a roux. Add milk and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened. When thickened, add 3/4s of each cheese and mix to combine. Pour cheese over macaroni. Mix well and place in a large casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
