Seaweed strips
1 c Sushi-style rice - cooked
Japanese horseradish paste;
1 Carrot - cut into long
2 Scallions - cut into long
2 Celery stalks - cut into
1/2 Cucumber - cut into long
1/2 c Fresh crabmeat
1/2 Avocado - sliced thin
Soy sauce for dipping

Preparation - Cristinas Sushi

Directions: Using a bamboo sushi roller, lay one strip of seaweed on top of the bamboo square. Spread with the cooked rice. Next, spread the horseradish paste down the center. Layer the carrots, scallions, celery, cucumber, crab and avocado in a 1 inch strip down the center of the roll. Roll the bamboo roller tightly to create the sushi roll.
