4 Skinless chicken breast
1/2 cBrown sugar
1/2 tsRed pepper flakes
1/2 tsGarlic powder
8 ozBarbecue sauce; any flavor
1/2 cWhite vinegar
1 tsMesquite seasoning

Crockpot Bbq Chicken Preparation

Spray crock with Pam. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Put chicken pieces in crock and pour sauce over top. Cook for (no more than) 4 hours on low. My Notes: I serve this on warmed hamburger buns.     LOVE this recipe! Its so easy and tastes great! I use thighs because they just fall apart, I don't even have to cut them! Highly recommend it :)

    Made this the other day at it is very good. I added water to it just like making a roast...this way when you tear up the chicken it keeps it a little more moist. Other than that is was very good.
