1/2 cRed bell pepper; chopped
29 ozCanned tomatoes
1/2 tsHot sauce
1/2 lbBoned and skinned chicken
1 1/2 cOnion; finely chopped
1/2 cYellow bell pepper; chopped
1/2 tsBlack Pepper; ground
1/2 tsDried thyme
3/4 cOrzo
1/2 cgreen bell pepper; Diced
1/2 cWater
1/4 tsCayenne pepper
16 ozLow-salt chicken broth
14 ozFat free turkey kielbasa

Crockpot Chicken Jambalaya Preparation

Combine all ingredients except orzo in a 5 quart crockpot. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Add orzo twenty to thirty minutes before serving and cook on low until orzo is done.
