4 Chicken breasts without skin
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
Celery; chopped
Baby corn; etc
1 cn French onion soup
12 oz Mushrooms; fresh

Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while washing and cutting mushrooms in half. Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour. Not bad for a weeknight meal. Especially if your working late. Needed some salt. I served it over egg noodles and added a chopped onion in the crockpot as well.
