1 12-oz cnSpam luncheon meat, canned
2 tbmilk
1/4 tsFreshly-ground black pepper
Ketchup
3 tbAll-purpose flour
1 cInstant mashed potato flakes
1 Egg

Crunchy Spam Sticks Preparation

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Slice Spam into 8 pieces; cut each slice in half lengthwise. Beat together egg and milk. Combine flour and black pepper. Coat each Spam slice with flour mixture. Dip in milk mixture. Roll in potato flakes. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with ketchup. This recipe yields 4 servings.
