Original recipe makes 1
1/2 tsred pepper flakes; Dried hot
1/2 cDry Red Wine; Cabernet or
3 tbNapa Valley Green Chile; and
1 tsDried oregano; crumbled
1 tsDried basil; crumbled
2/3 cConsorzio Roasted Pepper
4 clovesgarlic; (up to 6)
2 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 tsDried thyme; crumbled
1 London broil; 2- to 2 1/2
1 tbSoy sauce

Coyotes Grilled Marinated London Broil Preparation

Make marinade: In a bowl mix together all ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Seal the bag and marinade at least 3 hours or longer.
