Coyotes Grilled Marinated London Broil
|1/2 tsred pepper flakes; Dried hot|
|1/2 cDry Red Wine; Cabernet or|
|3 tbNapa Valley Green Chile; and|
|1 tsDried oregano; crumbled|
|1 tsDried basil; crumbled|
|2/3 cConsorzio Roasted Pepper|
|4 clovesgarlic; (up to 6)|
|2 tbWorcestershire Sauce|
|1 tsDried thyme; crumbled|
|1 London broil; 2- to 2 1/2|
|1 tbSoy sauce|
Coyotes Grilled Marinated London Broil Preparation
Make marinade: In a bowl mix together all ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Seal the bag and marinade at least 3 hours or longer.
