| 1/2 cDry Red Wine; Cabernet or |
| 3 tbNapa Valley Green Chile; and |
| 1 tsDried oregano; crumbled |
| 1 tsDried basil; crumbled |
| 2/3 cConsorzio Roasted Pepper |
| 4 clovesgarlic; (up to 6) |
| 2 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 tsDried thyme; crumbled |
| 1 London broil; 2- to 2 1/2 |
| 1 tbSoy sauce |
Coyotes Grilled Marinated London Broil Preparation
Make marinade: In a bowl mix together all ingredients until combined well. Put London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and add marinade. Seal the bag and marinade at least 3 hours or longer.
