Ingredients

4 Eggs; Boiled, mashed
salt and pepper; to taste
3 c macaroni, cooked; cooled
1/2 c Frozen peas; thawed only until ice is gone
1/2 c carrots; Shredded
Mayonnaise; enough to make creamy
1/2 c green onions; Finely chopped
1 lb crab; Cooked, or imitation

Preparation

Mix cold macaroni, green onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Gently stir in peas and then eggs. Store in refrigerator. If salad sits for a while you may need to keep adding mayonnaise. I chunked some cheese into this salad and sprinkled paprika on top to give it extra visual appeal. Really good.
