1 pkFat free vanilla pudding
2 cSkim milk
1 cPumpkin puree
1/4 tsPumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsNutmeg
1 tsCinnamon
Fat free cool whip topping

Fat-Free Pumpkin Pudding Preparation

Prepar the pudding per direction and add the spices and pumpkin, whisk together. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Garnish with topping Very good, satisfying and if you are also watching calories, this is great. If not, you could use the pudding mix with sugar.
