Original recipe makes 1
1 tsChat masala
1 tsLime juice
1/2 tsPowdered sugar
1 green chile paste; Finely chopped
1/2 cSev; (fine)
1/2 tsCumin seeds powdered.
1 cfresh corn; Boiled, chilled
1/2 cCoriander; chopped fine
1 lgPotato; boiled
1 mdOnion; chopped fine
1 mdTomato; chopped fine
1/2 ccarrot; Grated
1/2 cCurd yoghurt; or plain

Corn Bhel Preparation

Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hours. Chop potato finely. Keep aside sev and half the coriander. Just before serving mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with sev and coriander. Serve with milk Shakes or tea. Making time: 15 minutes (excl boiling and frying time) Serves: 6 Shelf life: Best fresh
