| 1 tsChat masala |
| 1 tsLime juice |
| 1/2 tsPowdered sugar |
| 1 green chile paste; Finely chopped |
| 1/2 cSev; (fine) |
| 1/2 tsCumin seeds powdered. |
| 1 cfresh corn; Boiled, chilled |
| 1/2 cCoriander; chopped fine |
| 1 lgPotato; boiled |
| 1 mdOnion; chopped fine |
| 1 mdTomato; chopped fine |
| 1/2 ccarrot; Grated |
| 1/2 cCurd yoghurt; or plain |
Corn Bhel Preparation
Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hours. Chop potato finely. Keep aside sev and half the coriander. Just before serving mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with sev and coriander. Serve with milk Shakes or tea. Making time: 15 minutes (excl boiling and frying time) Serves: 6 Shelf life: Best fresh
