1 tsSalt
1/2 cCocoa
1 tbVanilla extract
2 cSugar
2 1/2 cFlour
2 czucchini; Shredded; peeled, 1 medium
1 cVegetable oil
3 Eggs

Chocolate Zucchini Bread Preparation

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 1:00 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for hour or until bread tests done. Yield: 2 loaves. Source: Taste of Home Magazine.
