| 1 tbVanilla extract |
| 2 cSugar |
| 2 1/2 cFlour |
| 2 czucchini; Shredded; peeled, 1 medium |
| 1 cVegetable oil |
| 3 Eggs |
Chocolate Zucchini Bread Preparation
Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 1:00 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for hour or until bread tests done. Yield: 2 loaves. Source: Taste of Home Magazine. Submitted to RecipeLu List by Ruth
