4 Boneless pork loin chops
2 Vidalia onions
1 red apple; Tart
1 teaspoonDried thyme
Garlic salt
Salt
Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoonsVegetable oil

Chop-Chop Pork Chops Preparation

Heat oil in frying pan and brown chops. Remove from pan. Add onions and saute until tender 3 minutes. Spread onions over bottom of pan and lay chops on top. Place apple slices over all. Sprinkle on thyme, garlic salt, regular salt and freshly ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Approximately 8-10 minutes total. Per serving (excluding unknown items): 84 Calories; less than one gram Fat (4% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 19g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 7mg Sodium By Patty on Nov 9, 1998.
