Chop-Chop Pork Chops Preparation
Heat oil in frying pan and brown chops. Remove from pan. Add onions and saute until tender 3 minutes. Spread onions over bottom of pan and lay chops on top. Place apple slices over all. Sprinkle on thyme, garlic salt, regular salt and freshly ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Approximately 8-10 minutes total.
