1. Break broccoli florets into small pieces. Peel stems and cut into small pieces. 2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, sweet pepper, carrot, cucumber and celery. 3. In a small bowl, combine garlic, parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine well. 4. Pour dressing over salad ingredients. Toss well and serve.
