Original recipe makes 1 servings
1/2 cMinced red onion
1 tbMinced pickled jalapeno
1 Carrot; minced
1 Celery rib; minced
1/2 cMinced red bell pepper
1 tbMinced fresh coriander
1/2 tsSalt
2 tbFresh Lemon Juice

Chopped Vegetable Salsa Preparation

In a bowl stir together all ingredients and let stand, covered, 30 minutes. Serve salsa with tortilla chips or as a condiment. Yield: about 2 cups Recipe by: COOKING LIVE SHOW #CL9231
