75 gDe-luxe plain chocolate;
50 gCaster sugar; (2oz)
25 gChopped; mixed nuts (1oz)
250 mlDouble cream; slightly
1 Sweet pastry case
1 113 g; (4oz) carton cream
; cheese
; fl oz)

Chocolate And Nut Flan Preparation

MMMMM------------------------TO DECORATE----------------------------- Chocolate leaves In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate and mixed nuts and fold in 3/4 of the cream. Spoon the chocolate and nut mixture into the pastry case. Whip the remaining cream until thick enough to pipe and use to decorate the flan along with the chocolate leaves. NOTES : A delicious quick desert for chocolate fans!
