1 tsCracked black pepper
3 tbOlive oil; (up to 4)
Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 lbGround turkey
1/2 tsGround cumin
1 tbWater
Chopped scallions
Chopped tomato
1 tbHot paprika
ACCOMPANIMENTS
Soft flour tortillas; (can
1 tsCrushed red pepper
1/2 tsGround cinnamon
1/2 tsGround cloves
1 1/2 tbCider vinegar
Chopped lettuce
CHORIZO
1 tsGreek oregano
Sour cream
1 tsSalt
1 tbSweet paprika
2 tbOlive oil; (for pan-frying)
Salsa or taco sauce
2 lgGarlic; crushed
1 tsCayenne; (or substitute
Sliced black olives
