"This is not just another pasta salad. It is REALLY good. The capers and lemon juice are a great combination. I added 2 tsp of sugar to balance the vinegar taste. Probably 1 tsp would be best. Also, to add a little more Italian spice, 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni would be fantastic. " - jezzlarsen

I cut down the capers because I am jot a big fan of them. This dish was fantastic!

It is important to follow the directions. I think I missed something or added too much of something. But otherwise it was a good dish.

Absolutely delicious. I used 1 lb pasta for big crowd. Used all other ingredients except cauliflower and sun dried tomatoes. Added cup of pre-shredded carrots. Only had enough capers to use in dressing. Didn't need in salad. Thanks for a great recipe!

My family really enjoyed this recipe! I did use 1 tsp. of sugar, it was just the right balance for me. I also used a heaping teaspoon of Italian seasoning and mini turkey pepperonis for a little spunk. I know we'll be trying this again.

I have never been happy with my own pasta salads. I loved this salad and so did my family. I will definitely make it again. Several people have also asked for the recipe.
