| 1 1/2 colives (Kalamata); Pitted |
| 1/4 tspepper; Fresh ground |
| 1/2 cRed onion; small dice |
| 1 1/2 cFeta cheese; crumbled |
| 1 tbLiquid from capers |
| 1/2 cRoasted red peppers; 1/2" |
