| 1/2 cGranulated sugar |
| 4 tsHoisin sauce |
| 4 tsGarlic; minced |
Chinese Spare Ribs Preparation
Mix together the first five ingredients in a bowl. Fit the ribs snugly into a bowl or pan and pour the marinade over. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours to overnight. Grill or broil spareribs, turning once until done, about 15 minutes. Serve. This recipe yields ?? servings.
