Chicken Chaat

| 1/4 tsGround turmeric |
| 2 tbcoriander, fresh; Finely-chopped |
| 2 Clovesgarlic; peeled and chopped, (up to 3) |
| 1 tsSalt; or to taste |
| 1 1/2 tsGround coriander |
| 700 gChicken breast, skinned |
| 1/4 tsChilli powder; (up to /2) |
| 2 tbCooking oil |
| 1 1/2 tbLemon juice |
Chicken Chaat Preparation
Wash the chicken and dry on absorbent paper. Cut into 1" cubes. Add the salt to the garlic and crush to a smooth pulp. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and fry until lightly browned. Add the chicken and fry for 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the ground coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve hot or cold. DISCLAIMER?
