Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Preparation

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup 1/2 cup milk dash pepper 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine dash paprika Blend soup, milk, and pepper. In 1 1/2-qt. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
