"This was very good! Very light and was enjoyed by my entire family. I did have to add a bit more salt (I prefer "Cavender's" Greek Seasoning) which completed the flavor. | 1 1/2 ozOrzo; uncooked |
| 1 Garlic; minced |
| 1 cBroccoli flowerets; blanched |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
| 1/8 tsPepper |
Chicken n Broccoli-Topped Orzo Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a 10-inch skillet or wok heat oil over high heat; add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook, stirring quickly and frequently, until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, broth, salt, and pepper and let cook until chicken is tender and mixture is heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over hot orzo and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
