Carrot Cake Sans Oeufs Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with margarine. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, carrot, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, water and margarine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into a mixing bowl and cool to lukewarm. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in walnuts.
