Caramel and pecans just belong together. You'll really enjoy the sweet, nutty flavor. Trust us; they'll vanish quickly!

"Wow, were these good! Sweet not spicy. Very quick and easy to prepare. I made 4 times the amount called for and served them at Christmas...big success. Toss them real well so all the pecans get covered."

This recipe does not work. Following your measurements and directions, the pecans become a burned, smoking mess in under a minute. I would reccomed to others that they use more sugar, less (if any) cinnamon, and A LOT more butter. But I would advise NO ONE to the above recipe.

Either the instrcution, ingredients are lacking or something is generally wrong here. Medium High heat with that little of butter and stuff end up making a smoking mess.

This recipe may seem so simple that it isn't worth commenting on, but I am making these pecans again this Christmas. I love these things! Addictive!

So Easy! I used them on top of a spinach salad. It added another layer of flavor.
