Carne Guisada Preparation
Brown beef, onion, jalapenos in 2 tblspn vegetable oil.Aadd chile powder and beef stock. Add water to just cover. Simmer covered for about 2 hours. Uncover and mix 1 tblspn cornstarch w 1 tblspn cold water and stir in. Cook until thickened. Serve serve in flour tortills w fresh hot sauce. Recipe by: Roger Thweatt
