Butter Cream Frosting Preparation
Beat all ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth. Use within 30 minutes of making. If crust starts to form, beat again until smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting. Per serving (3 tbsp): 195 calories, 0 g protein, 34 g carbo, 7 g fat, 19 mg chol (with butter) 0 g chol (with margarine), 72 mg sodium. Per serving = 33 % calories from fat.
